Our goal is to keep the practice small, with minimal staffing and easy access.
Laurie Zwaan
Laurie is the office manager. She handles billing and financial issues, and the front office. When not working enjoys playing the fiddle and gardening.
Anne Marie
Anne Marie assists part-time at the front office, and is usually your first contact. She handles referals, prior authorizations and messages in between incoming calls.
Dr. Anthony (Ton) Zwaan
Dr. Zwaan is a family physician. He provides medical care and medical advice, preferably by appointment. For fun he attends meetings. He enjoys food and music. MORE
